The customer needs to produce *3 small parts made of zinc alloy material * based on the * precise design drawings * it provides. Requirements:
1. The materials comply with food-grade contact safety standards;
2. The surface presents a high-gloss golden texture;
3. The parts need to be pre-installed with fixed components to achieve rapid and non-destructive assembly with custom cardboard.

1. Product Disassembly: Three sets of precision die-casting molds were independently developed from three parts;
2. Material Upgrade: Environmentally friendly zinc alloy (ZA-8) is selected, which has both strength and corrosion resistance;
3. Process Path: Die casting → Polishing → Electroplating → Color filling → Pre-assembly - Packaging;
4. Delivery Form: The parts are pre-fixed on special cardboard and can be used immediately after disassembly.
Mold design and engraving: The tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm;
Die-casting molding: Liquid zinc alloy at 280℃ is injected into the mold and held under pressure for cooling.
Mirror polishing: Three-step polishing achieves a surface finish of Ra0.2μm;
Fixed Pile welding: Laser-welded stainless steel positioning pins on the back (positioning according to customer drawings);
Electroplating: Electroplate a 2μm gold layer;
High-temperature baking: Cure the coating at 200℃ to enhance adhesion;
Concave filling paint: Special color number ink, three-time pad printing color registration;
Secondary baking: Low-temperature curing at 120℃ to enhance adhesion;
Full Inspection and Quality Control: Manual inspection of surface appearance quality and other work;
Cardboard assembly: Precisely insert at the pre-cut position of the corrugated cardboard customized by the customer;
Back buckle reinforcement: Install anti-disengagement butterfly clips;
Independent packaging: Single PP bag + shock-absorbing bubble wrap to prevent scratches during transportation.
The seamless delivery from the drawings to the finished products is a pleasant surprise! We only need to provide the design draft, and your team will precisely control the material selection, process realization and functional integration. The finished product fully meets the standardized installation requirements of global stores and requires no secondary processing. This "delivery as end use" solution has significantly reduced our supply chain management costs.
